Andree Tullier was born in Lafayette, Louisiana and moved to Annapolis as a young child.

She has devoted her efforts for the past several years to studying portraiture, figure, and color with renowned portrait painters Cedric and Joanette Egeli, master impressionist John Ebersberger, painter Abigail McBride, and sculptor Stephen Perkins.

Andree teaches at Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts in Annapolis, Maryland and Anne Arundel Community College, Arnold, Maryland.

Graduating with a B.A. in Studio Art from the University of Maryland, College Park, Andree received her second degree in Art Education from Bowie State University.
